The service
Buckeye Data Group ("we", "us") provides weekly lists compiled from public records, including county auditor property sales and ownership data and municipal building permit data, filtered to the ZIP codes and criteria you choose ("Lists").
Free trial and billing
New subscribers receive a two-week free trial. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price of your plan. You may cancel at any time by replying "cancel" to any of our emails or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; we don't prorate partial months.
How you may use the Lists
- Lists are licensed to your business for your own marketing and are not exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may not resell, republish or share Lists with other businesses.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your marketing, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do-Not-Call Registry and any opt-out requests you receive.
- You will honor any homeowner's request not to be contacted.
Accuracy
Lists are built from government records that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We clean and filter the data in good faith but provide Lists "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Changes
We may update these terms or our prices with at least 14 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
