Information about our customers
When you subscribe or ask for a sample, we collect your name, business name, email address, the ZIP codes and filters you choose, and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. We use this information only to deliver the service, bill you and communicate with you. We don't sell it.
Public-record data in our Lists
Our Lists contain information that government agencies publish as public record: property owner names, property addresses, sale dates and prices, building characteristics, and building permit details. We get it from sources such as the Franklin County Auditor, the Delaware County Auditor and the City of Columbus. We do not collect phone numbers, email addresses or financial information about homeowners.
Opting out
If you are a homeowner and don't want your name included in our Lists, email [email protected] with your name and property address. We'll exclude that property from future Lists and ask our customers to honor the request. The underlying records remain public at the source agencies.
Email from us
If you receive an email from us and don't want more, reply "stop" or "remove" and we won't email you again.
Website
This website doesn't use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
